India meets Italy in the name of Ballet

Great initiative by Valentina and team to host our students and give them special personal training and a chance to perform with Italian students on stage. They could also sightseeing around northern Italy with the helpful guiding of Antonella.

Kaustubha Ballet is a "sangam" or confluence of Indian classical dances and western classical Ballet.

It has been inspired by two well known dancers. Dr.Yamini Krishnamurti, one of the greatest Bharatanatyam ballerina of India, and Maestro Walter Venditti a famous teacher belonging to the Italian school of Ballet.

Kaustubha Ballet e' un luogo d'incontro di balletto classico e danza classica indiana. Fonte d'ispirazione sono stati Yamini Krishnamurti esponente di rilievo dello stile Bharatanatyam e il Maestro Walter Venditti, danzatore e insegnante italiano di balletto classico.
